Technical Requirements
Our online courses were designed to make learning fun and interactive. You should
make sure that you have the appropriate software and hardware in order to utilize
all of the great features of the courses.
Browser Requirements
All users of MEDS Online products should have Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0(MEDS recommends 7.0) browser
or later. We now support Firefox for both PC and Mac. Unfortunately we do not support Netscape, Safari or AOL at this time.

JavaScript and Cookies
We use JavaScript and cookies to track users through pages and maintain session
management keys. You should allow JavaScripts and turn off the cookies alert in
your browser.
Plug-ins
To utilize our tutorial products you must have
Shockwave & Flash Player version 9. Download the
most current version
here.
Security Requirements
Your Internet Explorer security settings should be set to Medium. To check
and change the level of security open Internet Explorer. Select the "Tools"
menu and select "Internet Options". Then select the "Privacy" tab and ensure
that your settings are set to "Medium".
